Servicescapes in Kuala Lumpur

Malaysia has one of the highest eating out rates of any country in the world.  But the restaurant scene is very competitive.  So having an attractive ‘servicescape’ is important.  Here are a couple of examples.  The first shows The Loaf Cafe – with its great display of bakery products.  The second shows the Village Roast Duck – with its kitchen on view – to entice customers in.
