    Hello Peters,

Came across this on BBC iPlayer – a series giving an inside look into life at the five star Claridges hotel in London. The episodes are an hour long, and give a very open insight into the operations of running a top hotel including the cost to re-fit a room (~£200k per room) compared to the retail value (£4.5k per night), and their quality processes including ‘snagging’ where a senior member of staff will stay overnight in a newly refurbished room before it is put on public sale.

I am certainly finding the series interesting, hope you do to.
