Making your order winners explicit

I came across this today, stencilled on the wall of the Lakeside restaurant.


It it makes explicit for all to see what the operators think are this restaurant’s order winners.  Lakeside happens to be the commercially run restaurant, where hospitality students at the University of Surrey get their practical training.  The OWs you see in the photo are the outcome of a brainstorm done by the students.   Good for them.
