Frito Lay improve their continuous improvement process

Sometimes continuous improvement processes can get out of hand, when new initiatives are undertaken and new tools are added to the toolkit.   This is what the American food manufacturer Frito Lay found when they reviewed their CI strategy.  Here’s the video they made to explain what the problem was and how they planned to resolve it – by simplifying the CI process itself.
