Insight into queue management systems

We devote several pages to the topic of queuing (pages 203 to 209), in which we outline the principles of queuing theory and the behaviour of people in queues.  But for a more detailed understanding of what queue management entails, you might like to visit the website of a company that makes and installs such systems.  Their system has 16 ‘main features’, which make very interesting reading (if you like this sort of thing!).
