Organisational culture and strategy

Very interesting piece on the Harvard Business Review blog about organisational culture and how to change it.  Culture is hugely significant in terms of OM and generally resistant to change (see pages 298-300).  This blog uses the U.S. company Trane as an insight into how it might be possible to change a culture, and do it quickly.  It sounds a bit like strategic planning and implementation as both a vision and mission statement are the starting point.  But where is different is that implementation is all about putting into practice the behavioural principles that underpin the desired culture.
