Book store of the future?

Great article on the BBC website about what the book store of the future might look and feel like.  Over the last few years over 500 independent book stores have closed, as more and more consumers buy their books online.  In order to attract business into the stores, many booksellers have incorporated cafes, so that people can browse the books and relax at the same time.  However, these retail outlets are going to have to continue to evolve in the future and this article identifies some of the ways their servicescape may be developed – such as more personalised, high tech, or child friendly.
