Imax – from 150 to 700 screens

Great story from the BBC this morning about the Chief Executive of Imax and how he has grown the company over the last twenty years.  It neatly demonstrates that this business’ success was based on two major innovations that significantly cut costs, as well as an organisational culture that supported growth.
