innocent fun?

We are great believers in the importance of the right organisational culture to support effective operation and business success.   Sometime it’s hard to get a sense of what this concept is, so it’s good to look at examples that proactively illustrate it.   One company which proclaims its culture is innocent – who feature as an Operations Insight in chapter 17.   Their blog gives a real sense of how they approach their work and how this drives innovation.  [I’m thinking that my grandson would love a Lego wall in his bedroom…].
