Meiko’s distribution strategy and customer relationships

Meiko make and sell large scale catering equipment.  Eight years ago they changed their U.K. distribution strategy.  In this article, on the Catering Insight website, they explain why they did this.  More importantly they explain in some detail how they manage the supplier relationship.  This provides an excellent operations insight into the issues we discuss on pages 119-120.
