Operations Insight: Sugru

Great video about the East London company – Sugru.  If you’ve not heard of this product, as their website explains, it is an “air-curing rubber that can be formed by hand. It bonds to most materials and turns into a strong, flexible silicone rubber overnight”.  Hence it can be used to fix almost anything.  The video outlines how the product was developed and how the founder of the company used social media to drive sales, having failed to get investors interested.
